- Roles and Responsibilities To lead, execute, implement, and deliver the AI/chatbot project
- To drive the usage of chatbot and enhance customer experience through AI
- Interact with Vendor and multiple cross-functional teams and be responsible for end-to-end project/task delivery including Requirements, Work flow chart, Implementation, UAT and Go Live
- Good in Content creation & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & ppt etc)
- Prior knowledge & understanding of AI services.
