Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing solutions in Ariba to the procurement, invoicing & supplier onboarding business teams. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in the delivery of Ariba projects across globally and align with McAfee’s standard global business processes and compliances. This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
You are responsible for Procure To Pay and Supplier Life Cycle & Performance with expert knowledge in Ariba and exposure to SAP Procurement and Invoicing functions
You are responsible for functional and process re-engineering in Ariba to keep the business running.
You will monitor enhancement and change requests in ServiceNow Tickets in Procure To Pay queue.
Gather business requirements to design, develop, test & implement solutionsExcellent skills in writing functional specificationsYou have the experience to review various configurations & troubleshoot issues
About you:
- You have relevant working experience on similar capacity for more than 5 years, demonstrating experience with at least 2 Ariba implementations
- Passionate about critical problem-solving. You are highly analytical with great interpersonal and communication skills
- You are seen as a Subject Matter Expert for Ariba P2P & SLP
- The ability to work in design workshops, gather & document business requirements and design solutions.You can troubleshoot and provide resolutions
- Proficient in Ariba modules (P2P) Invoicing, (SLP) Supplier onboarding & Contracts and ability to configure & maintain the these modules and their workflows.
- Solid working experience in SAP Procurement & Invoicing and Ariba Cloud Integration GatewayYou are a team player with the ability and willingness to collaborate with teams across globally
