Job Discription 

1.Closely monitoring and examining each stage of entire production process.
2.Making sure that company employees follow documented procedures and standards.
3.Using precision tool and statistical software to quickly identify defective parts.
4.Compiling MRM data for standard room.
5.Progress monitory on CAPA and complaint Closure & 8D Preparation and 7QC Tools use.
6.Responsible Different type instrument calibration & handling
7.Responsible overall standard room activity
8.Maintain gauge & instrument inventory in standard room
9. Review gauge plan for new product development
10.Inspect and test processes and product they meet or exceed standards
12.Responsible for the First piece of approval, Mid piece of approval, Last piece of approval)
13.Responsible for the hourly patrolling on the manufacturing line.
14.PPAP (production part approval process) preparation for new line and 4M change and new model.
15.Monthly report preparation – Layout inspection, process capability report
