Job Title: Recruiter & Associate

Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh 

Compensation: upto 4LPA

About the Role: 

We’re on the lookout for a talented Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for our organization. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source potential candidates, and ensure a smooth, positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.
